휴학
1. 일반휴학: 학사운영규정 제22조 제3항이 정하는 휴학기간(3년(6학기))을 적용받는 휴학
General leave of absence: Subject to the term under Article 22(3); the total absent period shall not exceed three years(six semesters).
2. 특별휴학: 학사운영규정 제22조 제3항이 정하는 휴학기간을 적용 받지 않는 휴학(군입대, 임신·출산·육아, 창업)
Special leave of absence: Not subject to the term under Article 22(3); military service, childbearing· childbirth·child- care, start-up.
3. 휴학은 학기 또는 1년 단위로 할 수 있음. 단, 창업휴학은 학기단위로만 신청가능.
Leave of Absence is allowed by the unit of semester or one academic year, except for start-up absence(allowed by only unit of semester).
4. 신청방법(How to sign up)
가. 일반휴학 및 특별휴학(군입대) : 인터넷 접수
General leave of absence and special leave of absence(military service): online
나. 특별휴학(임신·출산·육아, 창업) : 증빙서류 첨부하여 해당대학 학사지원부에 접수
Special leave of absence(childbearing·childbirth·childcare, start-up): submit required documents to the Admini- stration office.
복학
※ 군필자는 병무행정(분)실에서 휴․복학 만기일 이내에 예비군 전입신고를 하기 바람.
※ Those who completed their military service must make a reserve force transfer notification in the leave
of absence/return to school registration period, at the Military Affairs Office.
